SEVEN CODES STUDIO / MARKETPLACE

Bring your game to its next players.

A clear path from your first listing to a published release. Prepare Android APKs or Windows PC builds; each game is available only for the platforms its developer has uploaded and published.

New here? Sign in or create your account on the same screen, then continue to your developer dashboard.

Silent visual guides using real store screens and guidance cards. The videos do not perform purchases or submissions. Creating a listing, sending it for review and publishing it remain separate steps.

For players: from the store to your library

Browse without an account. Check the platform, price and requirements on the game page. Sign in before acquiring or buying. After confirmation, open My library to download the enabled version and read its release notes.

For developers: from a draft to a release

Open your developer dashboard, create and save a listing, upload the build and prepare its media. Submit the version for review, check selling requirements and confirm the real publication status before sharing the store link.

Read the publishing steps

Your route to publication

  1. Create your game listing

Use your existing store account. Add the name, summary, description, genre, platform, version, requirements and support email. Confirm your distribution rights and declare whether the game contains ads.

  2. Upload the playable build

Save the listing first. For Android, upload a release-signed APK. For Windows PC, upload a ZIP containing the EXE and the files the game needs. The selected platform must match the build. Wait for the file confirmation before submitting.

  3. Prepare the store presentation

Open the multimedia editor from your saved game. Add a square icon, a landscape cover, at least three different screenshots and a real gameplay video. Describe the images without personal data. Media review is separate from build review.

  4. Send the version for review

Check the listing, build and permissions, then submit. Follow the observations in your dashboard and correct any requested changes. Uploading a file or receiving approval does not by itself publish the game.

  5. Check selling requirements and publication

For a paid game, accept the publishing and selling terms and complete Stripe verification. Developer payouts are currently available only for the United States, including Puerto Rico. Review the publication status and open the live store listing when it is published.

  6. Keep players up to date

Use Upload update on your published game for the next release. Existing buyers use the enabled version from My library without buying the game again. Include clear release notes; keep the app package, signing compatibility and save-data compatibility.

Prepare the right files

Game builds

  • Android: a release-signed APK with a valid app manifest and game code. A debug build is not a distribution build.
  • Windows PC: a ZIP with a valid Windows EXE and its required files. Do not upload Mac or Linux builds as Windows games.
  • The portal also accepts a separate Web / HTML5 ZIP with index.html at the root. A supported upload format does not mean a game is already in the public catalog.

Uploads use chunks. Large or complex files may require specialized inspection; wait for the recorded result instead of repeatedly uploading. Technical limits do not guarantee immediate processing.

Images and real gameplay

  • Icon: square, at least 256 px. Cover: landscape, at least 920 px wide.
  • Screenshots: at least three different real captures, each at least 720 px on its short side.
  • In the multimedia editor, use PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 6 MB per image, and MP4 up to 24 MB. Add accessible descriptions and follow the editor checklist.

Submit the media package for its own review. Approved media can appear on an ordinary listing that is already published; media approval does not publish the game build.

Know the costs before you sell

Publishing and hosting
No publishing fee or monthly hosting subscription under the current terms. Seven Codes covers hosting and distribution with its commission.
Paid game commission
20% of the game price before taxes. Actual Stripe processing costs are deducted from the developer's proceeds; a net 80% payout is not guaranteed.
Current payout availability
United States, including Puerto Rico, subject to Stripe verification and the account requirements. All store prices are in USD.

You can prepare a free draft, but ordinary free-game publication is not currently enabled. Connecting payouts does not remove that restriction.

Refunds return the platform commission proportionally. Processing costs not returned by Stripe remain the developer's responsibility; payment confirmation, disputes and account requirements may affect transfers.
